We delivered two soundproof boxes to a measuring instrument trading company.
This equipment was designed to reduce the impact of external noise during sample measurement and ensure a stable measurement environment. The enclosure uses t=75 mm steel acoustic panels, with a baked enamel finish on the exterior (Off-White N8.7 Semi-Gloss) and a perforated panel finish on the interior.
A sound-insulated door with a W640 × H850 mm opening is provided on the front, creating a structure that makes it easy to load, unload, and adjust test samples. Inside, a sample table (H=650 mm) is installed, and two cable ports with sound-insulated covers are provided for wiring, enabling connection to measuring instruments and sensors.
Furthermore, the base frame is equipped with casters with stoppers, heavy-duty adjusters, and anti-vibration rubber, giving due consideration to mobility, installation stability, and vibration propagation from the floor. Lifting hardware (eyebolts 4-M16) is also provided to facilitate handling during delivery and installation.
