Delivered an Automatic-Door Anechoic Box to a Certain Automotive Parts Manufacturer
An anechoic box for acoustic measurement of small parts and units, equipped with an automatic opening/closing mechanism and sound-absorbing structure.
AEB
Sonora Technology Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured an automatic-door anechoic box for a certain automotive parts manufacturer.
This equipment is an anechoic box intended for acoustic measurement and quality evaluation of small parts and units. The box body features a multi-layered sound-insulating METAL structure. By combining AST sound-absorbing material and a rear sound-absorbing layer inside, the structure reduces internal reflections while minimizing the influence of external noise.
An upward- and downward-opening automatic door is adopted on the front, and the plug mechanism and air cylinder drive efficiently facilitate the loading and unloading of measured objects. Furthermore, the interior is equipped with a sample table, sound-absorbing mat, and microphone bosses/clamps, providing specifications that allow easy setting according to the measured object and measurement conditions.
In addition, the utility pipes are provided with sound insulation covers and sound-absorbing materials, accommodating measurement environments that require wiring and piping. This is a delivery case where sound insulation, sound absorption, and workability are well-balanced in the evaluation environment for small measured objects.
