CEO message
SONAR SOUND SEEKER. SONORA.
The field of acoustic control is much deeper than you may imagine. As if it is the undiscovered “Shinkai”, depth of the ocean.
Sonora Technology is always seeking silence like a sonar exploring the deep sea.
Soundless is the ultimate form of silence.
Exploring Silence
John Cage, an American composer, composed a piece titled 4’33” in 1952. The music has no sound, not to be performed, while the player sits down in front of the piano for the entire duration of four minutes and thirty-three seconds.
In 1951, John Cage visited an anechoic chamber, which is said to be a complete silent environment, in order to experience silence. However, he heard two unexpected sounds: his nervous system in operation and his blood in circulation. It is said that the realization as he saw it of the impossibility of silence led to the composition of 4’33” the following year.
A “soundless space” is a space with a sound pressure level of 0[Pa]. Sonora Technology aims to realize this “soundless space”, which John Cage explored and is said to be physically impossible. To achieve our goal, we engineers continuously conduct research and development on acoustic control.
Nothingness is the cradle of creativity.
The concept of nothingness serves as a metaphorical cradle from which all entities originate. Sonora has consistently demonstrated a capacity for innovative thinking within the realm of Acoustic control, achieving feats previously deemed unattainable. Our proprietary technology and distinctive product line stem from this concept of nothingness, underscoring the inherent contrast between the quest for innovation and the creation of tangible solutions. Sonora’s pursuit is characterized by the navigation of seemingly contradictory vectors, a principle central to our approach to technical research and development.
Sonar to reach out and to respond
Sonora’s technology, products, and services created from our endless quest satisfy our clients and society, protect the environment, contribute to people’s hope, provide lessons…
The sonar sound emitted by Sonora reaches the entire world and responds to them.

Sonora’s products are modular and use steel for the base material, ensuring high strength and high durability.
Therefore, they can be reused by dismantling, relocating and remodeling.
Unlike conventional architectures, industrial waste generation can be kept to a minimum.
2. Recycling of waste materials
The base materials used for Sonora products, such as steel and sound-absorbing materials, are highly recyclable.
The scrap materials generated during production are also recycled.
3. Green procurement
When procuring raw materials and materials used for Sonora products, priority can be given to the selection of environmentally friendly products and services. It is also important to build up cooperative relationships with suppliers in order to achieve environmentally friendly procurement throughout our supply chain.
4. Cooperation with stakeholders
