We delivered a soundproof box to a measurement equipment manufacturer.
This equipment was designed to reduce the influence of external noise during sample measurement and to provide a stable measurement environment. The enclosure uses 75 mm-thick steel sound-insulating panels, with a baked finish on the exterior and a perforated interior finish.
Sound-insulating doors are installed on both the front and side of the box, allowing easy loading and unloading of measurement samples, as well as convenient setup, adjustment, and maintenance. In addition, three cable ports with sound-insulating covers are provided for cable routing, supporting connections to measurement instruments and sensors.
The frame is equipped with lockable casters, heavy-duty level adjusters, and anti-vibration rubber mounts, providing mobility, stable installation, and consideration for vibration transmission from the floor.
