This frequency band is a 1/1-octave band and only lists sound insulating values up to 8 KHz.

As shown in the table above, the sound insulating value is high even in the frequency range from 8 KHz to less than ultrasonic.
Although the anechoic box is a small measurement box, it provides high sound insulating value from low to high frequencies.
