In the case of soundproof rooms, shapes can be customized to accommodate factors such as usability and conditions during transportation. Here are some examples.
Coupling type (Split type)
This is a shape where the soundproof room is divided in half. Each part is integral, so after transport, they can be assembled together to form a single soundproof room. This type of design is often used for overseas export.
Removable Panel type
By partially removing the walls of the soundproof room, maintenance of equipment and facilities installed inside the room becomes easier.
L-shaped sliding door
When heavy objects need to be crane-loaded into the soundproof room, this type of door is suitable. Various opening and closing methods such as manual and electric operation are available.
Sliding door
This is designed for automation of product abnormal noise inspection on conveyor lines and similar situations where effective space cannot be secured due to door opening and closing.
Movable/Mobile
It is movable with casters, etc. We transport it from our factory to the customer, unload it, and it is in its finished form, so no assembly work is required on site.
