Product Warranty
One-year limited warranty on all products for free of charge
The warranty on products manufactured and sold by Sonora Technology Co., Ltd. starts from the date of delivery. The warranty period is within one (1) year. In the event that any breakdown due to a design or manufacturing defect or any malfunction occur, we shall repair and fix the product for free of charge. The warranty period is also extended by entering into a separate contract.
However, the warranty period may not be applied to cases outside the scope of our responsibility – e.g. when the malfunction occurs due to the unexpected usage environment, unexpected usage conditions, unexpected frequency of use or too much usage in a short period, as such.
Product Performance Warranty
Guaranteed acoustic performance to all products
Sonora Technology guarantees the acoustic performance standard, such as sound insulation value, acoustic measurement value inside and outside the product, set between the user or contractor and us. The verification measurement test of guaranteed performance values is conducted before shipment or after delivery and the acoustic measurement data is provided to the user or contractor.
In the unlikely event that the set guaranteed performance values failure to reach during the above-mentioned acoustic measurement, Sonora will take secondary measures for free of charge.
After-sales service
After delivery of products, our advice on usage and technical consultation are available. In addition, maintenance agreement can also be considered.
