Sonora Technology Co., Ltd. hereby announces that we have completed an absorption-type merger with its affiliate company, SN Holdings Co., Ltd., effective July 1st, 2024.
This absorption-type merger will enable us to further streamline and improve the efficiency of management and provide more value to more customers.
