How do I request a quote?

Please contact Sonora Technology first. If you have not decided on the quotation specifications, we will provide you with a quotation form, so please fill it out. In addition to estimates, we also accept questions. (Answers regarding trade secrets cannot be provided.) Estimates will be submitted by the agency.

How to purchase?

Please purchase through an agent. We will introduce you to the agent.

When I got a quote, it was cheaper from another company.

There may be a difference in specifications, so please reprint the specifications. We will disclose necessary information. Please be aware that some manufacturers only offer cheap products without guaranteeing their performance.

Is it possible to conclude a confidentiality agreement?

Is possible. We also have contract templates, so please contact us.

I would like it to be cheaper as there is no need to guarantee performance.

Projects without performance guarantees are not our business. In some cases, we may refuse your request.

The company we are quoting from (a competing manufacturer) has doubts about Sonora’s technology.

We use a unique construction method that is different from general construction methods, so it is natural for you to have questions. We will present the necessary documents to resolve your doubts. We also accept direct inquiries from other manufacturers.

Is it possible to suggest sound level meters and analyzers?

Is possible. We offer both hardware and software solutions to suit your measurement environment.

I have no knowledge of anechoic chambers, so I’m having trouble requesting a quote that includes measurement methods.

Please contact us first. We will explain the measurement method, introduction method, anechoic chamber theory, etc.

Which soundproofing manufacturer does Sonora purchase from?

Since we are a manufacturer, we do not do business with other soundproofing manufacturers.

What should I do if the performance does not reach the guaranteed performance value after installation?

In the unlikely event that the performance does not reach the guaranteed value, we will take responsibility for the measures until the guaranteed value is reached.

What is the weight of the product? What about the load capacity of the installation location?

We will respond individually regarding product weight. The floor load capacity is calculated taking into account the weight of the equipment and the number of workers.

I would like to request delivery records by industry and product type.

We have it ready, so We will submit it.

Is it possible to export, package, and install the product overseas?

There are multiple achievements, so there is no problem. We will respond according to the conditions such as FOB, FCA, etc.

I would like to visit the showroom (anechoic chamber)

We will also guide overseas customers to our showroom.

Can you do it without slamming the door?

Yes, we can. We also have a track record of doors with high sound insulation performance that do not need to be closed.

Is it possible to create a large integrated room instead of a prefabricated one?

Manufactured within the truck bed size limit.

Is it possible to create a soundproof room for general housing?

This is not supported by our company.

Is it possible to take measures against infrasound?

What is the delivery time of the product?

Please contact us as prices may change depending on factory operating conditions. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Do you provide consulting? Is it possible to just get some advice?

Depending on the content, we may refuse your request. Other charges may apply.

Is it possible to sell just the door and silencer?

In principle, this is not implemented. We will also decline your request if we judge that there is a risk of technology leakage.

I would like to purchase a sound absorption wedge from Sonora and install it myself.

Is it possible to paint with the color specified by the manufacturer (specified by the user)?

Generally this is possible, but in some cases additional costs may apply.

Is OEM supply possible?

We will supply the product after signing a confidentiality agreement and OEM contract.

I am a building materials manufacturer and want to sell my products.

Please do so.

I can’t get an image of the finished product.Are there any materials?

You can submit 2D drawings, 3D drawings, interior/exterior perspective (if desired), and reference photos. We also have a showroom, so please come and visit us.

Is it possible to install an air conditioner, and can the sound of the air conditioner be made so that it does not affect the measurements?

Is possible. By using a silencer duct, you can maintain the performance of a soundproof room or anechoic room while operating the air conditioner without modifying the air conditioner itself.

Is it possible to create a simple anechoic chamber or a simple reverberation chamber? (Measurements were carried out using in-house measurement standards outside of ISO standards)

Is possible. We also have experience with movable rail reverberation boxes and anechoic boxes.

I purchased an anechoic box, but the background noise is louder than expected. Why?

Problems may also be caused by wiring noise or the performance of the sound level meter itself. We will listen to your details and take action. Since the product undergoes performance testing before shipping, it is possible that external factors may have an impact.

As a result of relocating a Sonora-made soundproof room in-house, its performance deteriorated compared to before the relocation.

If possible, please consult us before moving. To maintain performance, please leave the relocation work to us.
