We delivered 5 L-shaped sliding door soundproof rooms to a crusher manufacturer.

The L-shaped door (electric type) is convenient for loading and unloading heavy objects using an overhead crane.

Noise target and purpose

When conducting durability tests on the crusher, the noise generated by the crusher is enclosed in a soundproof room to reduce its impact on the entire factory. The noise value of the crusher is kept below 45㏈(A) at 1m outside the soundproof room, and its performance is guaranteed.

Design points

The design will allow heavy objects to be transported into the soundproof room using an overhead crane. Additionally, since trolleys and forklifts will be brought into the soundproof room, there must be no difference in level between the floors inside the factory and the soundproof room.

Countermeasure

As shown below, by designing an electrically driven L-shaped sliding soundproof door, we have made it possible to transport heavy objects using an overhead crane. In addition, the soundproof door has a structure in which a gasket is dropped into the door to seal it when closed, and the floors of the factory and soundproof room are made flat.
